NeoK12

NeoK12
At NeoK12, we believe that kids learn best when they 'see' how things work and why they happen. Watching educational videos is a great way to learn because that's the closest they can get to the real thing in most cases. And, combined with detailed explanations, it's possibly one of the highly effective learning tools. Moreover, it's fun, and when kids enjoy an activity, they learn and understand on their own.
We at NeoK12 are committed to cataloging the best free online educational videos from across the Internet at one place. We watch and review each and every video to ensure they are safe and appropriate for K-12 kids. We also check the accuracy of the content and catalog it under the relevant categories and topics.

Loom.tv - Search multiple video sites including YouTube with this one easy to use interface.
n the beginning there was the idea to develop a software, which searches several videohosts simultaneously and puts the videos which have been found in the center of attention.
Users should be able to put together their favorite program in personal channels and while doing so help the community to filter out the best videos from the huge choice. In addition they should be able to consume other contents like online radio, games and news within the same application.
LoomTV tries to meet these requirements with a discreet, user-friendly design and techniques which go beyond conventional websites.

Embed High Quality YouTube Videos
http://www.googletutor.com/2008/12/09/embed-high-quality-youtube-videos/
Embed High Quality YouTube Videos
Unknown to many, YouTube has, for a time, been quietly offering high-quality versions of a few of their videos via a “watch in high quality” link right below the player.
It definitely is not HD, but the video would be a noticable upgrade from the usual ***** quality video offered by YouTube.
YouTube, by default, offers the normal low-quality version, but there’s a way to enable high-quality by default, embed these high-quality videos on other sites, and to link to these HQ videos, and even save these HQ videos on your computer.

Users who start a Kaltura choose its topic, pick a look for the Kaltura page, and invite friends to contribute video, music and photos to it. Then, they can even edit it together. The collaborative result can be viewed on Kaltura.com, downloaded for later use, and easily embedded on any site, blog or social network as a widget.

Video Tagging Services: Veotag and Click.TV
VeoTag and Click.TV are two new contenders in the video tagging space. They’ll soon be joined by MotionBox, a similar service that offers both deep-tagging and video remixing (ala JumpCut and Eyespot). The idea is to let users tag individual sections of a video so that others can skip straight to the juicy bits. Further down the line, the data could also be used to improve video search.
