Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competitions

BEHS(2) Dagon is noted for producing a number of gold medallists in Myanmar Traditional Cultural Performing Arts Competitions. The number of gold medals they won are 29 (from 1995 to 2004).

Asian Swimming Talent Identification Project

Ma Hnin Hnin Ei, an eleventh grade student was chosen to attend a swimming training course under "Asian Swimming Talent Identification Project at the Thammasat University Aquatic Center in Bangkok from 4 to 22 August 2005.

Awards in both national and international

The school received awards in both national and international level sports competitions and drawing competitions.

ASEAN Quiz (the Most Friendly ASEAN Student)

In addition, Ma Khine Zin Oo won the Most Friendly ASEAN Student Award in ASEAN Quiz Regional Level Competition held in Bangkok, Thailand from 4 to 6 October, 2002.

1st Regional Innovative Teachers’ Conference

After holding a national competition among all SchoolNet teachers, teachers from BEHS 2 Dagon were selected and rewarded to participate in the 1st Regional Innovative Teachers’ Conference in Singapore 7-9 December, 2004, mainly financed by Microsoft Partnered with UNESCO.
