ICT in Teacher Education - Case Studies from the Asia-Pacific Region
This publication contains a collection of examples of "ICT in Teacher Education" projects from the Asia-Pacific region. In some cases the objective of the project was to raise the capacity of teachers to utilize ICT in teaching while in others the objective was to utilize ICT tools to improve teacher education.
While these projects may not always have been successful and are not necessarily examples of "best practice", an examination of such projects offers insights into the process of educating teachers to integrate ICT into education and the process of utilizing ICT tools for training teachers.

Teachers ICT Skills Framework EEP
http://www.eep-edu.org/innservice/Skills/ICTSkillsF.htm
Teachers ICT Skills Framework EEP
The E.E.P. is starting to explore the range of new skills that education professionals will need in ICT-rich learning environments.
Click each major area of skills to view the range of skills we believe each contains. We are not suggesting that all teachers will need to acquire all these skills. Some skills will be needed by all teachers and some by only a few teachers. We are also not suggesting that teachers should already have these skills. In the next ten to twenty years there will be major changes in the ways that education and learning happen; teachers' skills will need to develop alongside these changes.
