Educational Seminars: Exchanges for Teachers and Principals

The Educational Seminars program are fully funded through Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, Department of State grants for U.S. school teachers and administrators to participate in international exchanges with 9 countries. Argentina, Brazil, Greece, Italy, India, Jordan, Mexico, Thailand, and Uruguay. International travel is short term, taking place during the summer, with a focus on sharing of best practices and professional development.
For some exchanges, the international educators also come to the U.S. for the reciprocal part of the program during the U.S. school year.
