Learn and Teach Mandarin via Videos
http://www.ecpod.com
This is a website where users get to watch videos for free in order to learn Mandarin (as well as English).
The lessons are contributed by members and ECpod pays them for each video clip. ECPod also produces the transcripts and add subtitles to the video clips to enable users to learn the language.
It's all free for users! They can also contribute clips to us and we pay them cash for each clip.
