Students throughout Ohio now have the option to enroll in a new K-12 virtual school, Steubenville Cyber Academy (SCA).
SCA uses the Lincoln Interactive curriculum, which offers more than 250 core and elective courses, including five languages and the STEM-focused science program Cutting Edge Science. SCA students in the Steubenville area will also have the opportunity to participate in a number of on-campus programs.

They include the phobic, ill, disaffected, sick, pregnant and the excluded. Notschool.net is specifically aimed at those for whom traditional alternatives such as home tutoring have not worked.

Students may register to take any of the online courses below provided they meet the prerequisite requirements as outlined in each Course Outline. Tuition for all students is the same. The Michigan Virtual High School (MVHS) is an online resource that enables Michigan high schools to provide courses (all taught by certified teachers) and other learning tools that students wouldn't otherwise have access to. It was funded by the Michigan Legislature in July 2000 to be operated by the Michigan Virtual University (MVU), a private, not-for-profit Michigan corporation.
MVHS doesn't independently grant diplomas or course credit but, instead, works in cooperation with individual school districts.
Through MVHS, Michigan high school students can prepare for tests such as MEAP and AP Exams, take a variety of courses and learn any place there is a computer and an Internet connection.
