Zend2
http://www.zend2.com/
Common netizens depend upon online proxy for two main reasons – to access those websites that are blocked by their office servers, and to hide their IP while surfing so that no webmasters on earth could track their browsing histories ever.
The idea of an online proxy is quite simple – it is a server installed with some configured proxy software, and connected to the internet. Netizens could then surf the web through this server, while maintaining complete online privacy.
Another aspect that draws netizens to online proxies is the fact that there is nothing illegal in accessing a proxy website. No cyber laws prevent or prohibit it.

Anonymous web browsing : Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anonymous_web_browsing
Anonymous web browsing : page at Wikipedia
Anonymous web browsing is browsing the World Wide Web while hiding the user's IP address and any other personally identifiable information from the websites that one is visiting.
A degree of anonymity can be achieved by using a proxy server or a VPN server. If the proxy server is trusted, anonymity will be retained because only the information on the proxy server is visible to outsiders.
Anonymous web browsing is generally useful to internet users who wants to ensure that their sessions can not be monitored. For instance, it is used to circumvent traffic monitoring by organisations which want to find out or control which web sites employees visit.

Anonymity on a Disc
To many privacy geeks, it's the holy grail -- a totally anonymous and secure computer so easy to use you can hand it to your grandmother and send her off on her own to the local Starbucks.
That was the guiding principle for the members of kaos.theory security research when they set out to put a secure crypto-heavy operating systems on a bootable CD: a disc that would offer the masses the same level of privacy available to security professionals, but with an easy user interface.

Google free proxy!

Google free proxy!
What's the purpose for Google as a proxy? We often use office/school/university connections, usually those services are set to provide more safety, blocking the access to undesidered web sites (the "black list"). What you can do now is use Google translator service (language tools) as a proxy to bypass the restrictions set for our connection!

Bypass your School and Work Filters with an Anonymous Proxy Server
With the proliferation of the Internet, many websites promote themselves by sending you spam junk mails, advertisings and even embed spyware that is difficult to remove onto your computer.
These things not only keep track of your personal information, but also enable hackers and crackers to infiltrate your system. Anonymous proxy servers act as a wall between your data and the Internet, whereby providing security to your system and data.
There are however, other reasons to use an anonymous proxy server.

This site is used to distribute the location of "Circumventor" URLs like http://www.StupidCensorship.com/, which can be used to get around Web blocking software.
Of course, the blocking software companies can obviously sign up their own e-mail addresses on this list too, but in most places it takes 3-4 days before newly published Circumventor sites get blocked. So the latest one that we mail out, should usually still be unblocked.

Search Google, Yahoo etc for the terms ... possibly try "anonymous browsing" or "bypass proxy"
I understand that in some schools the students are looking for ways to get around the school filtering systems and browse the internet freely. (not your school of course)
The dilemma is should be punish these students for breaking school rules or celebrate their initiative and ingenuity
Probably neither .... but maybe fall back on the time-tested solution of educating and informing the students .. in this case about the reasons for the filtering.
