Pupils develop their skills of communication and enquiry, reflect on their attitudes towards other people and places, and challenge stereotypical views. They begin to consider their own roles and responsibilities as global citizens, as well as the roles and responsibilities of international communities and institutions such as the Commonwealth, the United Nations and the European Union. 1. Which school should we link with? 2. How can we communicate with our partner school? 3. How successful was our initial contact with the partner school? 4. What does 'community' mean? 5. What can different communities learn from each other? 6. How can we share what we have learnt with other people? |
