Kaosiung American School (tw)
http://www.kas.kh.edu.tw/
The Kaohsiung American School is a nonsectarian, college preparatory school committed to promoting each student's intellectual, social, emotional, physical and creative development through quality programs which enhance higher level thinking, applications of technology, a commitment for life-long learning, an appreciation for multi-cultural experiences, an awareness for giving service to others, and effective communication.
As an international school, KAS recognizes that all educational systems are not identical. Recognizing these differences can be the first step toward making KAS a successful and rewarding experience for children. Specifically, the difference between Chinese and American educational systems is explored so that parents (and children) of all nationalities can better understand the cultures, norms, and values that exist (and sometimes conflict!) here at KAS.
