The International School of Macao is a non-profit and non-denominational school offering instruction in English and using a Canadian (Alberta) curriculum. We employ the latest techniques in early childhood education to build student confidence and create excitement in learning. Our certified teachers and teaching assistants collectively bring hundreds of years of successful teaching experience to TIS.
In 2006-2007, tuition is offered for pre-kindergarten to Grade 10 with new grades added each year. Enrolment enquiries are currently being taken for the 2006-2007 school year and future years. Parents are encouraged to contact the School or submit an application form to reserve a place.

The Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) Primary School (mo)
http://www.geocities.com/skhps2002
The Sheng Kung Hui (Anglican) Primary school opened on September 3rd, 2002, with 150 pupils. There are two Kindergarten 1 classes, one K2, one K3, and one P1 class. K1 is UK equivalent of nursery; P1, year 2. Our pupil age range is 3-7 years.
There are 11 teaching staff including the principal. All teaching is in English (70%) and Mandarin (30%). There are 25 pupils in K1 and 30 in other classes.
The school's vision is to educate the children to become fluent English and Mandarin speakers who have acquired the necessary reading, writing, mathematical, computer and creative skills in a Christian environment to become articulate, confident members of their future secondary schools.
The school is well equipped to ensure that the children have many opportunities to undertake practical work which will allow them to develop at their own rate.

Modify or add to Macau Schools Details (mo)
/FP_sch_update/index.htm
If you wish to modify any of the school details or suggest a missing school (or remove a school that has closed) then click on the link just above to go to the registration/updating form
Changes or additions will not be accepted anonymously so please ensure that you include not only the school email address but also your own.
Please keep in mind that these should be international schools, as a guideline this usually means offering a curriculum that is different from that in the countries local schools and having a student body that has a large (but not exclusive) population of expatriates.
Thank you, in advance, for your input.
