First internet Service Provider in Cambodia
CamNet is the first Internet Service Provider (ISP) in Cambodia, operated by MPTC with support from the International Development Research Centre of Canada (IDRC). Clients are individuals, businesses, research and educational organizations, NGOs, and departments of the Royal Government of Cambodia. We began operations in May 1997. We offer our customers two types of Internet service; e-mail only, and full access (full access means that our Customers can use e-mail, WWW, FTP, Gopher, Telnet, etc). We also offer leased line service.
