The Exhibition was held over a four hour period and
had representatives from over 100 companies.... even so I did not manage
to talk fully with all the reps.

- Valiant Technology : I met Dave Catlin the managing
director, this company is responsible for the production of the 'Roamer"
(see 'follow-up')
- Castle Technology:
Jack Lillingston, Managing
Director, this stand was showing the Acorn (still fighting to survive)
and in particular I had a demonstration of a web browser that supported
SSL, file uploading and Chinese Characters (but did not work too
well)
- Sir Learning Systems
Ltd met Graham Ford discussed
the trial starting at Sha Tin Junior school on 13th March ... gave
some background info on ESF. Two of SiR staff will be visiting SJS
for a week to set up the Integrated Learnuing System (ILS).
